- Thai basil and lemon thyme, nutmeg
TASTE:
- Honey, cinnamon hard candy, raisin jam, spiced tea, popcorn butter, vanilla, pie crust, orange blossom honey

"It's a journey, the more I go back to it the more flavors come out"
NOSE:
- Campfire smoke, root beer, almond biscuit drizzled in honey, caramel, fresh lemon thyme, ginger, Thai basil, smoked cured meat, candied citrus peel, black pepper, toasted clove, light juniper, anise, bay leaf, pancake syrup, marzipan / marshmallow, red candy cane, baked rye bread
TASTE:
- The initial comes at you with lots of fresh cut herbs and a little peppermint but more candy cane than peppermint
- A light juniper, followed by orange blossom honey , marzipan, shortbread almond cookie, then the spice comes in on the finish
- Hints of clove, black pepper, lavender and simple syrup
- The finish is pretty fast, leaving some of the spices and herbs on your pallet with a slight warmth that disappears quickly

NOSE:
- Lots of butter scotch
- Sweet corn
- Marzipan
- Cherry skins
- Vanilla and cloves
TASTE:
- Fresh bright sweet yellow corn and toasted marble rye
- Sugar daddy, cinnamon and anise
- Warms through the chest slightly and lingers for just a minute.
- Once the alcohol dissipates the finish is full of sweet toasted rye bread and wild honey.
